So here is how i made the pop up widgets
1. Download Popup Widget “Donate” (by ChYK) form the Play Store Here > https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ss.popupWidget&feature=search_result#?t=W251bGwsMSwxLDEsImNvbS5zcy5wb3B1cFdpZGdldCJd
2. Create a widget with UCCW like the one on the home screen
3. Add a shortcut to you desk top – select as the shortcut “Popup Widget”
4. Follow the app directions to create the widget popup shortcut.
5. Long press the short cut icon on the desk top an press edit.
6. Tap the Icon picture
7. Select as the new icon a transparent/blank icon
8. Repeat steps 3-7 for as many popup widgets as you want.
9. Place the shortcuts you have created on you home screen as desired (NOTE: Place them before you select the blank icon):)
10. In the Nova setting > deskton place a check in “Resize all widgets, Widget overlap, Overlap when Placing”
11. Move the UCCW widget over the shortcuts
12. Long press on the UCCW widget once in place and select from the pop up menu (Send Back)
13. Adjust UCCW widget as necessary.
14. Done:)
