doesn’t look so much like destination, as much as having the moon in your crosshairs and preparing for for an attack :P love the simple symmetry niikk

This was clever – reminded me of Star Wars :)

@bill11222 Well having something inside a cross-hair doesn’t always mean you’re gonna attack it right ;) Thanks :)

@phoenixwave Thank you dude. Yeah, especially if I look at the presentation now it looks like Star Wars haha.

@phoenix -i was going to make a jedi comment!

  6. Posted 2012/07/26 at 2:04 am | Permalink

Haha I’d have to agree, I thought you *were attacking the moon until I read the title. Makes it more awesome though.

  7. Posted 2012/07/26 at 2:06 am | Permalink

@dandylion hahaha, yeah. I just took a cross-hair at the and of figuring out what to use for over an hour.

    “target locked, prepare for attack…”

hey niikk, question…you used UCCW, i’m curious, how did you curve the lines in the corners of ur graphic? is that a function of UCCW that i’ve missed? or some special magic you possess?

  15. Posted 2012/07/31 at 9:21 pm | Permalink

and just noticed the “2 messages from earth”…absolutely wonderful!

  16. Posted 2012/07/31 at 10:00 pm | Permalink

@bill11222 UCCW was only used for the message count and time. The curves are part of the wallpaper which I did myself in Photoshop. I never use UCCW for shapes and stuff, I ONLY use UCCW for time, battery, missed calls, etc widgets – not for background shapes.

@xNiikk Can u share the UCCW skins? (i’m guessing they’re uccw) Anyway, I love the originality of the moon themes.

@williamgravel Sorry, I don’t have those anymore but the reason why I didn’t share them in the first place is because they’re very very simple to make. All you gotta change is the font (name is in the description). That’s it.

@xNiikk Yeah, I started to make them myself, but thanks for responding!
