The icons are from black bear blanc.
The 2 bottom buttons on the “dock” are really 1 widget made using UCCW with hot spots for calls, emails, and texts.
One thing tho, there is no hotspots for the app drawer, but using nova launcher I made a transparent shortcut to the app drawer and positioned it over the fake button on uccw.
