I, too, would like to know how this was achieved. Registered just to ask. Was it just repeated use of Minimalistic Text, or is there something else at work here too?

yes it is an repeated use of minimalistic text…the squares are in the wallpaper itself :)

heyhey… tried making this .. the issue i have is that i cannot launch stock apps.. i.e. the phone and calendar.. cause the way minimalistic text sets up how you choose the app to launch it breaks it down.. how did you get it to launch the phone? and calendar?
@johentie you can find the phone app shortcut in the “contacts” submenu..not the phone submenu
and i don’t have a shortcut to launch calender…the widget for showing date was made from by adding it from the available options in “system” for the minimalistic app

thanks ; > i actually did a work around… i made the TEXT for the app apart of my wallpaper.. yes i know i can’t change it but the psd file is readily available and i can change it, but i am the type to not change much.. then i used desktop visualizer to make the launching of apps simpler..
