I used widget locker and minimalistic text for the lock screen. Apex launcher, beautiful widgets, and desktop visualizer for the homes creen. The app drawer is available on apex launcher pro. Icons came from blackbearblanc.

For the app drawer, from apex launcher pro you can set the folder settings to look like iOS and also change the icons from with-in the folder with a long press. I just used a simple icon for the actual folder icon and then changed each individual icon from inside the folder with blackbearblanc’s icons.
