@mrkuntri of course. SGS3 shares the same resolution with Galaxy Nexus (720×1280). Only thing you have to do is to use MultipicLiveWallpaper to show the entire picture or fit to full screen. Otherwise you’ll get stuck with Android’s weird cropping.
@mrkuntri sorry I misunderstood your question. The combined status bar at the bottom is from my ROM (Paranoid Android). It’s hard to flash another ROM after using this. You should check it out. There’s one for SGS III also.
