Tutorial

  1. 1. Unlock slider is made with WidgetLocker. Download the base of all the sliders here: http://teslacoilsw.com/widgetlocker/themes/create.php
  2. 2. Open "Base_sense3.wltheme.zip", switch the "sense3_ring.png" with the one provided as an icon. Make sure to keep the same name.
  3. 3. Make all other elements transparant. Save as "yourslider.wltheme.zip", and but it >data>com.teslacoilsw.widgetlocker>themes.
  4. 4. Open up your slider in WidgetLocker, and resize it so it fits properly. I used a 12x12 grid.
  5. 5. Add other widgets if you wish (such as clock). I woud love if someone replied with a fitting clock widget as I don't like the current much.
  6. 6. Make sure you only have 2 homescreens, or else the wallpaper will not work correctly. I am also unsure of how this works on other phones.
  7. 7. I used transparant SimpleText icons over the wallpaper to make it seem like the red text is the buttons.
  8. 8. For the one folder I had, I used Folder Organizer lite.
  9. 9. I also made a transparant icon at the bottom, in the dock, that opens App Drawer.
  10. 10. Now just tweak the settings for your launcher (I used ADW), so that there are no other elements on the screen.
  11. 11. I also assigned the notification menu/open status bar to a downwards swipe on the homescreen.

    I love how the buttons are so much a part of the actual background and not just sitting above it.
