Pulldown. Zoom, plz. Thanks XNiikk for his transmitter battery idea.
The way it works: tap to drop down and close hidden content with no transition effect in Apex. Grid is 9×7 (again), no dock, no margins, no shadows, two screens, transition time is 1 (or now it works with 0). Set icons to jump another screen (1 and 2) Files (icons, uzip, wall): http://dl.dropbox.com/u/15951305/pulldown.zip
Ask if something isn’t clear (uccw skins: clock with battery is 5×2, counters 5×1, weather 1×1, need fine tuning to fit to the right place)

This is the first screen in months that i’ve wanted to apply to my phone, so nice! Are there more icon files though so I’m not stuck using the same ones you have shown?

A lack of psd template usually results in me not changing my screen, but I reeally want this look on my phone, a psd template would be amazing.

wallpaper is not fitting to S3′s screen.
@OmarFar you porbably know what the difference is between S2 and S3 screen resolution. It will never fit, cuz I don’t have a device with a resolution of yours

@gertje transition speed should be set to 1 (or 0) in Apex. Check video tutorial. I love your country:-)

but i think the most fitting size is 1440×1280 because when setting the wallpaper it’s zooming a bit. Edit: I figured it out it’s 1440×1280 for scrolling wp’s but the resolution 1280×720
@OmarFar using Quickpic it won’t zoom, but you’re right the wall should be 1440×1280 (double screen)

It is not posible to set it on 1

I really couldnt find the transition speed in the latest update of apex launcher. Now I have downloaded 1.2.5v of apex launcher I found it and everything works. Really nice homescreen man!!
