If you want perfect alignment like my screen, you should have a galaxy nexus and the following settings.
Nova settings:
Desktop-
10×9 grid size
2 screens
all margin to none
hide shadow, icon labels
accordion scroll effect (or any up to you)
off wallpaper scrolling
widget overlap
Dock-
1 dock page
7 dock icons
none width margin and medium dock height
hide indicator and divider
dock as overlay
Look and feel-
nova scroll and animation speed
hide notification bar
Note: Do the same things if you use Apex
UCCW placement:
top to bottom-
Topbar 1×9
12 uccws (2×3 each) in 4 rows (3 uccws per row)
bottombar 1×9
Note: You cannot add 2×3 or 1×9 uccw by default, resize them!
