UCCW, Nova launcher, Smooth Calendar and Metrostation icons.
Nova setup:

-Notification bar hidden (swipe down to reveal)
-Dock hidden (swipe up for app drawer)
-0 margins
-11×4 grid
-Wallpaper scrolling disabled
-Shadows off
-Icon labels off
-Check resize all widgets
-Check widgets overlap
-Icon size set to 80%

Adustments may be needed

Smooth Calendar setup:

-Dissable icon
-Set background to transparent
-Show 3 events

The banners on the second screen have folders
placed on top of them which are edited with a
transparent png. (this is included in the zip)

    Thanks a lot :-) The font is Husser. It’s part of a flipfont pack.

    @marcellusw thank you. I did a search for the ttf as well and couldn’t find anything. . It’s a flipfont in the play store. I believe the flipfont app is called roundfonts. Hope this helps. Thanks again.

    Hi John Nada , can help me to put weather working? my location is reguengos de monsaraz , portugal , i put it but give me strange temperature , like 34º and we have now 14 , 15º .

    @tigas : Go into your app drawer and click the uccw icon. Now press menu then hit settings and then check celsius. I believe this is what you’re looking for.

    I have the temp in celsius , still give me 32º , i have put manual selection yahoo server , and put Reguengos,Portugal , still 32º :( , any tip ?

    I’m not sure. I’m set to auto location. Do you have this problem every time you use the weather on uccw.? If so, maybe you need to contact the developer. Sorry I can’t be of more help.

    How to use the .uccw file? i thought it should be .uzip? I changed the file format but didnt work…

    Yes next time u share uccw files u need to export them and share the uzip from the output folder so others can use it

    @nayoung802 : The wall that I included in the zip is the same one as in the pics above. I think the first 2 look a tad different because I was taking pictures of my phone.

    copy them to internal storage/UltimateCustomClockWidget and then make a widget using UCCW on screen and choose the widgets u copied in that folder

    Excellent! Took it and personalized it a bit for myself. PS. The font used in the screenshot is only available for people with Flipfont installed, so S3, Note, etc… Here’s mine for GNex:

    With touchwiz you have the option to change fonts which changes the entire phone. If you’re rooted there are apps to change the system font.

    Ah. Husser is a lovely font, but I found it a little impractical for my entire phone. Oh, well. Boring, old default font looks good enough sized down to 11. (I can fit 4 events that way, too with a few adjustments!) Thanks for sharing this. I learned a lot and I now understand a quite a bit more about how UCCW works.
