Tutorial

  1. 1. Download Assets here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/a040aqcjt1gok6i/NiceIce.zip
  2. 3. Hide Shadows, Hide Dock, Hide icon labels
  3. 4. Add the wallpaper to you home screen: Choose gallery and select the 1024x1024 image. (turn your screen on and off to refresh)
  4. 5. View the tutorial.jpeg in the folder for grid size alignment

    EXCELLENT SCREEN! I love it… I only have one small thing I would change. Why not make the battery background ribbon blue and the text white? Then the battery icon above it white. Other than that… SUPERB!

    I just want you to know that I created an account just to comment on this.. Beautiful work. I was searching for Note 2 related themes, and I think I’ve found the best one available. I’m very much looking forward to your release of the compiled files. If possible, please include the .psd as well, I’d love to play around with the layout and color scheme for this.

    This is awesome! Only issue I see is the wallpaper in the zip. The white area for the weather is not the same scale as the one in the sample above. the white area above “News” needs to be a slight bit taller. Can you upload the correct background? Thanks!

    You can check the tutorial.docx. For all the info.
    Music is 1Tap / Long press on icon / click on icon image and replace with the transparent png.

    News is Simple RSS Widget.

    Hye dude, I got everything set up on my Note 2 but I got some problems. One, for the eye in the sky, i can’t align it correctly like in the picture so i did it in the zip file provided.

    @AldenIsRad what version are you using. Version 1 has the big eye in the sky. Make sure you overlay it with the uccw widget at the top and don’t align it completely to the right side 4×3 not 5/3.

    @AldenIsRad If you are using version 2 you need to make eye in the sky cities smaller in height. So that the forecast is small icons 4×2. Otherwise use version 1.

    Please help me! I have the hardest time setting wallpapers with all themes. I have tried many different apps and lauchers and this always happens. For some reason either the very top or very bottom of the wallpaper is cut off. Margins set to none. I have a galaxy nexus? is it due to the soft keys? This is bugging the crap out of me, even when a specifically select the whole image in wallpaper wizardry it still gets cut off!

    Please help me.

    Hi@jojo54696 , it’s because the nexus screen resolution is 1280×800 and the wallpaper is 1280×720. You will need to edit the wallpaper PSD to fit your screen.

    EDIT: OK i did it by cropping wallpaper and resiszing it then modifying the time uzip to match it and it’s beautiful so many thanks to you my friend
