This one looks soooooo awesome on my Galaxy S3 Mini… I did have to make some adjustments in the uccw files but once I got that figured out…a beauty! Thx!

I used photoshop to change the resolution to 1440×1280 and it works.(note 2, s3) But I cant get the grids right to line up the icons like the original..

I would suggest following the video guide to the Holo UI Rev 2 this is adapted from (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=10HYZTgP4BM)
And then you can make the changes afterward.
Some differences with this versus the Holo UI Rev 2 is the additional swipe functionality.
To do that, you can go a couple of different ways.
Using Nova Launcher, one of the Nova actions is “Jump to Page” which will transition and do the swipe for you. Do it for both homescreens in their respective locations and you’re set.
The only issue I have is that on the second screen with the notifications, my icons don’t fit perfectly like the OP’s icons.
But other then that, this is fantastic and adds some nice features to the already awesome Holo UI.

@auafuma It’s an action that your launcher can do.
If you’re using Nova, then if you hold down on the home screen, you get a list of things to add. One of the options is “Nova Actions”. When you click on it, it opens a new menu with different choices (App Drawer, Show previews, Recent apps, etc.). One of the options is “Jump to Page”. This will create an icon which lets you switch homescreens on the fly without sliding your finger across.
This creates an action on your homescreen. It has an icon image but you want to get rid of that so you hold down the icon and click “Edit”. Then you want to select the image and use an icon image that is transparent. OP includes an transparent image that you can use.
This should make your icon be transparent (invisible) in which you can then place over the region on the wallpaper with the arrows.
