New Screen. This one is a bit of a work in progress. Is a mash up of Glass City 2 concept and the Social Media by xNiikk – http://mycolorscreen.com/2012/12/07/social-media/

I am using Apex Launcher with a grid of 10×6. I am using an older version of Apex. Version 1.35 to be exact. It allows me to have a transition rate of 1. So it us super fast. That way it looks like the list is opening up when when you click on the + sign. I use apex actions to move from page to page. I used multipicture live wallpaper to set up the 4 different screens. I replaced the default icon with a blank png which you can find in my dropbox. Fort the communication page, I created a uccw skin that is 3×3. It covers the icons and text and it adds notification counter for email, texts and calls as well as hotspot to link to the applications. You can find that in my dropbox as well. I did not add the uccw for the clock at the top since it is pretty standard (but if you want it let me know) Finally, the apps I am using are pure calendar for the calendar and minimal reader pro for RSS reader. Thanks!

Does the Communication part show like unread texts and missed calls?
@danthepan124 No at this time. But that’s pretty easy to do with a quick UCCW widget. You will get gmail inbox for one account, calls and text messages. The font that I used is roboto light. If you want I can create it and put in my drop box.

@BigPotato1963 No, it is 4 wallpapers. I am using multipicture live wallpaper to set up the 4 different screens. I will add this to the OP. Thanks for pointing it out.

terrible with photoshop/don’t have, any chance of getting a re-sized wallpaper to the nexus 4.
@kaptawesome Sorry, I have been for this before for other screen. But since I don’t have a nexus 4 is difficult for me to know the measurement and where everything should be located. I don’t want to create work that will look bad or people would not want to use.
